As part of the contract with the Credit Rating Agencies, CashCare on behalf of its financing partners is mandated to share loan performance data.

CashCare takes your privacy seriously and does not sell your data to third parties. CashCare may share personal information with partners under contract who help with certain parts of our business operations including application evaluation, customer services, payment, fraud prevention, secure data storage, collections and other similar services.

CashCare make choose to publicly announce about your default amongst your friend list and group, etc., with your details on various social media platforms and other avenues.

5.1 Notifications

CashCare reserves the right to close your account should you opt of the crucial notices that are required to perform the CashCare Service. You may not opt-out of receiving notifications about due or past due amounts that you owe CashCare or any other collections efforts.

Again, CashCare reserves the right to close your account should you opt of the crucial notices that are required to perform the CashCare Service. You may not opt out of receiving notifications about due or past due amounts that you owe CashCare or any other collections efforts.

You can also request to close your account by contacting us at [email protected]. If you close your CashCare account, we will mark your account in our database as “Closed,” but will keep your account information in our database to comply with our legal obligations. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account.
